Enmin model EMS Vibratory Screeners are linear type product screeners that can be used for many applications where product needs to be de-lumped, sized or simply for the removal of fines or reject material. We have basically two model designs depending on the usage; one is a flat bed screening function which has a bolt in, side clamped or side tensioned screen panels. Our other type is our contoured screen bed which is longitudinally tensioned.
These linear screeners offer high throughput rates, may be floor mounted or as a suspended installation. For the food and allied industries they are constructed in stainless steel with a variety of surface finishes and meet with the stringent requirements for those industries.
Screen panels can be woven wire, punched plate, wedge wire or special rod screens. In the case of our longitudinally tensioned screeners they are designed with special dust free quick release covers.
Typical of these screen applications would be the removal of broken pieces of biscuits through an acceptance/rejection facility, removal of lumps from powdered milk, grading of dried fruit, sizing of confectionery. Each machine is designed for ease of cleaning and change over of the screen panels with little use of tools.
