Electromechanical
Enmin Electromechanical Equipment uses the principle of utilising the out of balance force from twin motors to generate their vibratory power. This is a simple and very well proven design that offers economy, very low maintenance and flexibility.
The twin vibratory motors are arranged so that one motor runs clockwise and the other anticlockwise. The centrifugal forces generated provide a linear thrust in two directions which is converted into useful energy to drive the equipment. The vibratory motors have adjustable weights to alter the output forces. Control of the driving forces is also adjustable through frequency inverters which permit fast start up and stopping of the Vibratory Equipment.
The benefit of this system is the high energy that can be delivered from a compact drive resulting in an economical solution. Enmin Electromechanical Equipment is found in numerous applications from all aspects of the food industry to chemical, mining and quarrying, fertiliser and processing plants.
Enmin Electromechanical Vibratory Equipment is offered in a range of standard designs to satisfy many varied applications. Using our specialised CAD modeling, Enmin engineers custom design equipment and ancillaries to meet the individual customer requirements and specifications.
